| For the last five years we
have seen an awful lot of homes being purchased and torn down to make way for
newer , larger, more energy efficient homes. Almost all of the desirable
lots are already built up on Long Island. We at Indian Island Construction are
tooled up and streamlined to facilitate any " new home " project on the island.
We are also highly experienced in
second story and side yard additions to existing homes. No job is to big
or to small for us to take on.
With the recent addition to our wood
shop we can now take on almost any size kitchen cabinet job that might come our
way. We are ready to do any millwork job our customers might need including but
not limited to entertainment centers, built ins, mouldings, mantles, tables, or heirloom restoration.
Indian Island only uses the best
building materials available for any given project whether it be Andersen
windows or Portsmouth cedar perfection vinyl siding. We have a history with all
of the lumber yards on Long Island and frankly think Nassau Suffolk Lumber is
the most service oriented to both home owners and contractors. There yards are
the best managed on the island.
